I know nothing about plumping and I was confused about what I was supposed to get. The staff were patient, pleasant, professional. Nakita took her time explaining what I should get and showed me several options.
This is the epitome of excellent customer service. Definitely my go to plumbing store from now on.

Jamar at Platinum Imports is so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his help locating the fan we were buying. He walked me through the purchasing and gave a tour of the show room which showcases the wide range of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings. The company also has outdoor lighting and decorative rocks. Would highly recommend Jamar and Platinum Imports.

One of the best stores ever, it is efficient, elegant, huge, great customer service, and the store has 2 big vertical screens in the store to also browse for items. I purchased a sink this week from them and the service was quick and excellent.

Visited the store recently and was greeted by a young lady named Nakita. She took her time with me and was very knowledgeable as I really didn’t know what I needed. I enjoyed my experience at your business and would shop here again in a heartbeat.
