First time visiting, and it was indeed a great experience. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the receptionists were excellent. I was attended to quickly and was in and out within 30 minutes. Kudos to the reception team!

5 star experience! Dr James is very professional and caring. Listens well and builds good rapport with patients. Pays attention to detail and treats accordingly. 10/10 would recommend 😊

I visited Pines Wellness Centre today (21.06.25) My appointment was at 2:30pm. The Doctor was a little late, and he apologised. When I went to him he was wonderful to deal with and very assuring.He drew diagrams while explaining the matter at hand. I asked him if he could call my Daughter and explained everything to her, less I forgot some of the information and he said "sure give me her number" he called her and spoke at length, and ensured she understood the assignment. Very GOOD experience.

I visited the center in a time of crisis with my father. The environment was very clean and spacious. The receptionist polite and gentle. There was non wait time. Doctor Castle was welcoming,attentive present and caring. Definitely will recommend to others.

Simply excellent service. From the front desk to the doctors. Dr. Martells-Hylton and Dr. Prince are both so polite and knowledgeable. They made the process so much easier and I just cannot recommend them and Pines Wellness Centre enough. A+ service!
