Pearl Beach St Barth is just magic. Great food, amazing beach vibes, and such a beautiful setting right by the water. Everything we had was fresh and delicious, and the staff made us feel so welcome from the start. One of those places you don’t really want to leave… already looking forward to coming back🤩

I had the best experience at Pearl. Ended up going there 4 days in a row, cause it was just the perfect mix of chill vibes, elegance and authenticity (so many pretentious places in Saint Bart…let’s be real). The staff was very friendly and attentive, the kitchen easily accommodated my gluten free diet, amazing playlist (!!!) and I love that it is located right on the beach. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend.

The service here is horrible. They want 50 euros per person for beach chairs, but they don’t do table service. The liquor were 100% cut with water. I got a shot and I could see the water separating. I’m surprised because everything you see online mentions how elegant the beach experience is—they’re full of shit. It’s overpriced and overrated.

Great time. Great food (esp the pasta vongolaise). Great service (Lionnette was amazing). Recommend.

Eating here felt like stepping into an alternate universe where nothing made sense. We somehow had THREE servers assigned to us at the same time — like a chaotic relay race, except instead of passing a baton they just kept asking the same questions over and over. They also decided we must’ve been dangerously dehydrated, because waters we never ordered kept showing up on the bill (hydration surcharge, apparently?). And the vibes… oh my god. Imagine if an episode of Black Mirror tried to be a dinner party. Unsettling, confusing, and weirdly expensive. Honestly, the food was fine, but the whole experience left us wondering if we had been punked. Would not recommend unless you enjoy paying for mystery waters and feeling like you’re in a social experiment.
