Our two dogs have been groomed by Paws R Us for over a year. During that period they were cut a little lower on some visits than others but we weren't concerned with their grooming on any visits (usually 7-9 weeks apart). In the last visit, they were cut dangerously low. We had to take them to the vet and they both required medication and the vet warned us that we needed to be careful to regulate the temperature for them (they live indoors). It was a very traumatic experience, especially knowing that a colleague's dog was also cut very low by them previously and died the following day while out in the sun.
We wrote to Paws R Us after the incident (now a few weeks ago) and we have not had a response.

Zoe is always very excited when we arrive so I know that she is well taken care of. The staff are very pleasant and very prompt in their response. I also get videos of Zoe while she is in boarding so that puts me at ease and I dont worry when I am away from her.

We always leave our dogs to board when we travel. Service is professional and and caring at all times.

The best boarding kennels on the island (in my opinion) we kennel 5 and they are such good value for money. Dogs are not caged all the time and have a great exercise area. The staff are amazing, kind and caring
