This was my first time going to San Juan Puerto Rico. I went by myself and I personally was looking for a place where not so many tourists tend to stay. The staff here are very welcoming and helpful in getting you settled in. Luz especially, helped me with my room and giving me suggestions on local places to go check out. I like that she is very professional and willing to talk more about Puerto Rico. My room was small but that didn't matter to me because I spent the days out adventuring all of San Juan. I had no problems staying here. I would definitely come back. I really really appreciated the breakfast food vouchers for the neighboring cafe called 'Abbracadabbra'. I ate there everyday until my last day, where they gave me another voucher to another place. If you are ok with staying more in the neighborhood then this is great spot to check out. Thanks again Patio Elba Suites for making my stay in Puerto Rico special and memorable!!!

I stayed for 2 weeks at Patio Elba, waiting for my house to be ready for me to move in and honestly it was my home away from home. Finding where to park, and the outside gate before you enter was a little hard to navigate. But once you get inside you’ll see that the staff is super sweet, rooms are very clean, and spacious with a kitchen which is ideal for long stays. A pool, hot tub, and individual private room tub Outside! I would 10/10 stay here again and recommend!

I must say walking into Patio Elba was like waking into a whole different world from it's surroundings. i was so impressed at how beautiful, clean and so peaceful for the most part that this place was. if i could change anything however, the mattresses were a little to hard for my liking but i am sure that there are some that can appreciate it. I would say softer beds for sure. we definitely enjoyed the private Hot tub right outside our door, that was perfect. The space it self was gorgeous. The location was not my favorite but once you are in the gate, you feel like you have entered another world and its beautiful and feels safe. me and my children definitely enjoyed our stay.

Me and my family stayed at this hidden gem in San Juan PR. When you first pull up it gives a city vibe which was not an issue for us. When you open the very secured black gates you open up to a small resort with a pool and hot tub. We thought that it was shared it would be caroused or we would not have much opportunity to get some alone family time in this small pool and hot tub. This was not the case we did a few family dips and we were always alone. They clean your room everyday if you would like and they do a great job. The paid parking is not far at all and when parking there is a coffee shop across the street that is so good with small desserts.when arriving there was also some drinks and snacks in the room and that was so nice as we got in late. Have a good time Few things I did not enjoy but would not make me not come back. The floors get very dirty fast as the sand and dirt that is brought in makes it a mess. Maybe a small vacuumed and mop left in the room would be nice. This place was very cool and the locals make you feel at home.

We had a great stay at Patio Elba! The suite was large, clean, and well decorated, and having access to a hot tub and pool was nice at the end of a hot day. We had a rental car, but found we didn’t need it with how accessible everything was by Uber (under $10 to get to Old San Juan), but appreciated that they had affordable parking. There were several good restaurantes and coffee shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
