The initial consultation was wonderful, and the staff was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience quickly went downhill after that. We paid for an assessment but were never provided with the results or a clear treatment plan for our child. Every time we asked for a copy of the assessment, we were told the printer wasn't working. This continued for nearly three months. They also refused to provide an electronic version of the document. When we informed them we were considering canceling services due to the lack of communication and follow-lup, they suddenly produced an assessment. To our surprise, it did not reflect what had been discussed during the initial consultation and included several new concerns that had been brought up. It appeared to have been completed very recently rather than when the evaluation took place. As non locals living in Grenada for several years, we genuinely felt we were being treated as a source of income rather than as a family seeking support for our child. The final straw came when the owner met my husband in a parking lot at night to hand over the assessment we had been requesting for months and immediately asked him to sign a one-year service contract on the spot. He declined, and we both left feeling taken advantage of. What disappointed us most is that this involved a child. Ironically, our son ended up doing much better after we discontinued their services. If you are a non local seeking services here, I would encourage you to proceed with caution and ask for all documentation, assessments, and treatment plans in writing from the beginning.
