Pandora Barbados will never receive a sale from me again! Customer service from one of the sale associates was absolutely horrible as well as the supervisor who gave an attitude at first but changed it. Claimed my charm was “tarnished” after I wanted to exchange it for in my opinion is the correct stone for November (Scorpio).

I love to buy a charm from the local Pandora store when I travel. Today we met some of the sweetest Pandora employees so far! They made some great suggestions and also helped with some travel suggestions we had. Thank you for great service and lovely merchandise!

Got a glow in the dark charm for my bday on December 2nd. The glow part fell off in less than 30 days but I could not get back there to exchange because it was Christmas and Christmas is obviously a holiday. They refuse to exchange it. There’s no way I should be wearing something for such a short amount of time and it falls apart.

Very disappointed in them after being an avid buyer for years they refuse to replace faulty jewelry on a technicality. I will not be buying pandora anymore.
