I checked the local Google maps guide and it says open on Saturdays from 8am to 12 midday. I drove all the way there from east of the Island (40 min drive one way), only to find the business closed at 10.30am. Please update your
online information to reflect correct opening and closing times. Thanks

I am totally disappointed in the product I recently purchased to replace awning windows that I had from over 20 years ago. These new windows are large and bulky and require a ladder to be able to open and close them.
The sales people did not indicate that each pane carried its own latch nor was there any information on the website regarding these

My experience was great, customer service very polite and friendly. I dealt with a lady by the name of Wendy Belgrave, she's very nice. I would recommend anyone to go to Oran limited.

The telephone is at ext. 2 is answered. l was kept holding on without a response until the phone was finally put down. I called again and the phone was taken up. I could hear the voices again. Someone said. " De woman calling back again." None ever answered to say even good morning. I then clearly understood why when I looked online for your number, you got a three star rating. Shame on you.

I contacted Oran and spoke with Wendy, she quickly sent me the options I asked for, followed up with me. Great experience, as we were in constant communication as our order was not ready the time we had asked for. She was very efficient and made the process bearable. Thank You Wendy !
