Thank you Nikko Creations for putting a smile on our mother's face for her birthday. Delivery was prompt and communication was excellent. Living in Canada and relying on an overseas delivery one never knows. Excellent customer service and excellent delivery. I would highly recommend Nikkos Thank you so very much❤️

Very disappointed On my recent visit to Barbados I ordered some flowers from Nikkos Creations – for my late parents Graves I made and paid for the order online I requested that the flowers be delivered Wednesday 22 April @ 10am – I received confirmation for my order but I noticed on the confirmation that the delivery date was due on the 24 April – I sent an email to confirm that my flowers were going to be delivered on the 22 April as requested. I gave Nikkos Creation the full address of my apartment, WhatsApp details and email address and made it clear I only had internet connection from my apartment and these were the best way to contact me if any issues On the morning of the 22 April 10.15am I contacted Nikkos Creations via my Whattapp to ask if my Flowers were on the way – I was assured that they would be delivered - I waited until 12pm and contacted them again and got no response – I sent them emails – no response – @ 7pm I got a phone call via whattapp advising me that they were looking for my apartment to deliver the flowers – I told them I was expecting this delivery from 10am that morning – they told me they could not get through to me – which I found strange as the number they were calling me on was the same number they had on the order and they had my email address and full address of the apartment I will never order flowers from this company again and the late delivery of the flowers meant I could not attend my parents graves which were on the other side to the island to leave the flowers as planned as I was leaving on the following day Very poor customer service

I am sooo far away from home but Nikko's came through with an awesome arrangement for my mother's 70th birthday! Thank you so much! She loved it!
