The service there is great, and they have the best delivery driver in Hillary Prescod. He is a very professional and courteous driver.

I find that their salt bread tasted really well that they could've been eaten straight out the bag but that standard has dropped in my opinion so I haven't purchase anymore since, however, I found favour in the cane juice, lentils and salt fish patties and the sweet bread. Overall it's still a great establishment.

The bread is very good and fresh. Sometimes the cashiers are rude and very slow on evenings when it is full but otherwise not a problem. There is a decent variety of pastries that run out about mid afternoon.

Nicholls Bakery Outlet is a conveniently placed facility for a limited variety of pastries, cakes and bread. Despite this those that are available are among the best I have tasted. Try the chicken patties and the sailfish patties. Good size but a bit scarce on the meat interior. A variety of cold beverages are also available. Customer service is about average. The staff makes no effort to be welcoming or even smile but help, from a sitting position when asked. An unpaved parking area is available but I cannot recall the facility having accommodation for the disabled.
Caution is required crossing the road, it's a very busy roadway.
Update May 15, 2019.....Customer service and greetings has shown improvement. Kudos!
