It's been a while now but this experience has stayed with me since January. Best Customer Service out of all of the Nature's Discounts in the island.
Shakira, Chinara and Melissa went above and beyond to help me put a last minute gift together. I had no idea what to do or where to start and the advice I got during my visit helped me to leave there feeling confident. Plus they let me use their tape to put the gift together

On arrival I was warmly greeted by a young lady, whose name turned out to be Nicole. She was very knowledge about the products I needed and also gave some really good advice. Thank you again Nicole for the great service you gave.

Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. I had a question regarding a product to assist my grandson who has had a cold for a few weeks now, patents have not provided any relief. She searched and showed me a product which would be best suited to use. Since they did not have it in-store she advised that I could go online and order it from Kelmart. I am truly appreciative of the interaction and assistance. There is still good customer out there! Thanks so much!

The customer rep Hadiya greeted me when I came through the door. She asked if I needed assistance.I told her I was lost and wasn't aware of the relocation, she laughed. I gave her my name for the order I came to collect.
I needed information on two other items. She was very courteous and explained the various products and also a review from a customer. All this service was smiles and pleasantries. My experience once again was lovely. I rate my experience 💯
