Joshua is a very courteous and professional person. It was obvious that he is knowledgeable when it came to the products. I appreciate his patience. He is definitely an asset to the company. He was very kind as well in assisting me with the correct pronunciation of the product I needed. It was the Magnesium Asporotate. The "Asporotate" was a tongue twister for me. However, thanks to Joshua, I can now pronounce it correctly. Joshua's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable.
