Completely corrupt and will make you pay for quarantine longer then expected. Threatening me with police via way of my hotel cause I told the hotel I wouldn't pay that it was their responsibility..they told the hotel to threaten me with police. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this island and spread your hard money to a society that doesn't appreciate you...go Jamaica 🇯🇲

Office complex housing various government offices. Security personnel is on duty in the car park. Depending on the time of visit ,parking can be a challenge. In house security is available at all entrances/exits,carrying out Covid protocols, directing you to your specified location. Clean, quiet offices.friendly staff....clean fast elevators.

Absolutely abysmal service. Im visiting from the US and we're without water during a Global pandemic and called for some extra assistance after the BWA said there's nothing they can do. The woman on the phone was very combative and condescending when I asked for help accessing water. And this is after calling the 3 times with no answer. They have no interest in trying to help the people living here.

Terrible. As other reviews said. Don't give updates, demand testing but do not follow up in a timely fashion. They also keep changing their answers when asked questions. Never coming back to Barbados.
