MGA acted as our broker for the second half of our move from Canada. Their team were absolutely fantastic and every member went above and beyond helping unload our 40ft container. 10 guys the first day to unload and then 5 the next day to help put furniture back together and put in place. We are so very grateful to have met these polite, respectful, extremely hardworking individuals. They truly made what can be very stressful a joy. I’m sure the story of how they got a full size fridge freezer into the house will be a story they will tell for years - above and beyond quite literally! Thank you, Nicki and Rick.

DO NOT USE! - Two boxes of essential items being flown to Europe to minimise time that we have to pay for a hotel still haven't arrived after 6 weeks. Maybe 1 week of that delay is because we had to supply documentation (but we weren't told about the required documentation until after the goods were collected) and the rest is just complete failure by this company. The say they will call back but don't and offer absolutely no assistance. We are still waiting and it is costing us a fortune

Do not use this company. They are dishonest and argumentative They gave us a you a quote for a 20ft container which we accepted then they decided it wouldn’t be big enough and insisted we pay for a 40 ft. We had no choice as we were in the Uk. When the removal company in Uk unloaded they managed to fit it in a 20ft container easily. We had to leave furniture in Barbados and it could have been loaded onto the wagon as we did pay for a larger container. They did not offer to do this. Please check and get other quotes from other companies. Very unhappy. With this so called service

When I got to my villa from the airport, the broker lost my dog. She was running around off the leash with no collar on and me and my girlfriend had to run through brush and seaweed and swamp like grass to try and find her. Not to mention the terrible communication the entire time. I do NOT recommend using this broker for your dogs. I’ll never do it again, and I’ll never let someone else from Barbados handle my dog ever again. The worst welcoming to this island by far. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Mr. Jones was compassionate, understanding and worked with my family in the burial of my father. He made a very hard, emotional, and stressful time, alot easier.
