Overall we have a great stay. One night, while in transit to another island. The price was worth it. About $160 for the night. Dinner about $120 and $130 for breakfast. Family of four. Food was really good. Especially the Barbados fish cakes. The room was very clean. Everything was awesome. We will come again. Pool A+

I had a great experience at Melbourne.
Even though a group of us checked in at the same time, the front desk person somehow knew who I was.
We were allowed early check in as our rooms were ready.
I did my normal sanitization routine and there was no dust. The room was very clean.
Although housekeeping is every other day, my room was tidied daily which was a pleasant surprise.
The pool looked nice. I did not eat at the restaurant but the clients seemed to be enjoying their meals.
Shower temperature was good. AC good, bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and willing to assist.
Hotel is in the midst of Dover with many restaurants and in close walking proximity to St Lawrence Gap.
I would definitely stay again.

Barbados fish cakes are really good. Staff very friendly. Excellent experience.The room and pool was very clean.

no hot water for the shower for
two days.
People were good and Southside bistro and pool were great and located close to everything.

We’ve been here for a few days now with two babies. Fabulous stay so far! Spotless hotel, well run and excellent staff. More than helpful! The rooms are well equipped and you have everything you need! Location is top. Highly recommend Melbourne Inn. Only two concerns: strong garbage smell often present in pool area due to a big garbage bin from big hotels right behind the pool. And sometimes no hot water to shower. That being said, great stay and lovely team!
