Mel’s Chill Spot is exactly what it says on the tin.. so relaxed but beware.. the smell of the chicken is irresistible.. and well worth giving in to the temptation! We had the chicken winks n chips with BBQ and honey mustard.. we will be back Mel 🥰🥰

A small Bajan restaurant that has a couple of picnic tables to eat inside,or a bench outside to chat with others. The food was pretty good. She makes Billfish, chicken and pork chops served with coleslaw and fries. Not bad and not too expensive. Not a lot of food options in Sliver Sands

What and amazing chilled out spot.. the food was outstanding, local produce, local people . Friendly . Helpful .. couldn't get better Caribbean food .. simple yet amazing flavours . Great atmosphere

In the Silver Sands area of town there are not many food options so when we met Mel at Pasture View Bar we found a great oasis. The 4 of us ate there so often on our trip we got her number to see what the special are daily. Our experience year after year has been clean, fun, delicious with plenty left overs to add to breakfast in the morning. Its a great place co-mingle with locals and travelers to eat or just stop by for a drink for an authentic island dinner experience,where the owner takes pride in her space and it shows. See you again next year.

Great local spot! Owner is wonderful. This time around I got the potato roti and the rest of the group got fried chicken. All were delicious.
