Usually well-stocked and has almost anything you might need with a very helpful and friendly staff. They cheerfully refunded a small gas barbecue when we could not find a small gas canister locally. We would love to see a satellite store opened in Treasure Cay, which has no grocery store (45-minute drive to MH). The added convenience in Treasure Cay would help push the drive for a rebuilt marina and the resumption of sailing/boating/fishing tourism.

We went on a Tuesday PM. Some veggie were not available but we found some broccoli at a very reasonable price. Some items were very pricey but this is the Bahamas. Being in paradise has a price.

For the cruiser this place has it all. Loaded with fresh everything!! Notice VAT tax has increased to 12% on items (some items are not charged a VAT though, milk, diapers, etc).

This food store is excellent. I would definately come there again. The best variety I have seen in one store in the Bahamas.

Best place you buy groceries on the island. Be prepared because food is is expensive here
