Great service and a pleasure dealing with the lady in the office. The car was clean and reliable. No issues at the airport even though it was super busy (Christmas). Thank you! You will be our first choice for a car rental when we are back on the island😊

We've rented twice from MasterDrive Car Rentals so far, and we anticipate using them again. We've gotten excellent, fast service from the team, including delivery to our fairly remote location and helping us get our international driving permits. If someone asked me to describe the MasterDrive team, I'd say warm, friendly, and professional! The cars we've gotten have also been reliable and in excellent shape. I look forward to renting from MasterDrive Car Rentals in the future!

We had a lovely holiday in Barbados, and MasterDrive Car Rentals made our experience all the more special. We had to book our travel late due to vacation time and flight costs, but had forgotten to book a car first (how soon we forgot after nearly not getting a car in Hawaii during COVID!) I found MasterDrive by clicking map pins on Google and since they had a small car available when nobody else did (during the Christmas and Boxing Day holidays), I thought it was too good to be true. I booked the car and asked for someone to contact me to be sure this was legit. Within minutes, Margaret contacted me on WhatsApp. She is the friendliest rental car representative I've ever encountered, and quickly set my mind at ease regarding every aspect of our upcoming rental. She reached out the day before our trip AND the day before our return to confirm details. She personally met us with the car in the airport car park to complete paperwork and payment. Even though our Toyota Agya was small, it was the perfect size for the roads in Barbados. You could tell Margaret and her team take great pride in their vehicles as well. Our car was spotless, inside and out, and freshly detailed. The couple of very minor scratches on the exterior had been repaired with touch up paint, showing the team's attention to detail and customer care. Margaret's warm personality was our introduction to the warm welcome we received all over this tiny island. When we return in the future we will definitely book with MasterDrive and would recommend them to friends as well. Thank you so much for making our travels all the more enjoyable!!

I hired a car from MasterDrive for five days whilst in Barbados. Excellent. Prompt service and lovely staff. Also very good value for money in comparison to competitors. Would definitely use them again.
