People love their pets and will be excited if there is a pet food sale anywhere.
They will not appreciate standing in a line for over 2 hours in the sun to be told there is no more dog food, there is dog/cat food available but they have not been input in to the system. You finally reach the cashier but some of the items seen on the pallet outside are not in the system.
Poor planning, lack of follow up (contacted customer service while in the line who advised they would provide feedback but to date there has been no response) and an overwhelming feeling of annoyance and frustration was what most people felt yesterday.
Time is money...people used their lunch hours, came from far and that was the awful service they received .
I only gave one star as the cashier was quite apologetic and was the only breath of fresh air yesterday.
Do better, this is 2026!!

The clerk in customer service very rude and unfriendly. First time trying to place and order and she was not helpful and full of attitude.
