If you do not want to get lost, check google maps for "Star Deluxe Kitchen" in Tudor Street. Good choice for budget travellers for a couple of days. There is no reception. You need to communicate to Mr.Alex to get the keys. He is an efficient guy.

This place has lots of potential. It is a bit tricky to find but it is in the back of a parking lot with a bright pink building...a bit away from the main street and across from police station so it's safe. There are no amenities here except a TV and small bar of soap. You have a private room with AC, a bed, a chair, a bookshelf, a night stand with a lamp (my lamp was broken), and a bathroom, towel included, hot water, and wifi. The hosts were cool just not very responsive. Price was higher than it should be for the value of this place. No fridge, stovetop, common area or nothing and restaurants and supermarkets are not so reliable in the area. Also, you can hear other guests through the thin wall very easily. In the morning the place is a paid parking lot.

Building is located at the back of the parking lot - pink food place at entrance. As others have stated, the room is basic, but I have no issues. Wifi & A/C work, bar of soap provided, TV and microwave available. I had no issues with the bed - standard "international" foam mattress. The only real issue is the location. Does not seem very safe at night. Locals told me things were different 5yrs ago. I find that most cities are still recovering from COVID.

Not a comfortable stay as there is no one manning the front desk or reception if you should have queries or need help. Basic room without frills. Although it is in the town centre, most of the shops including eateries close by 6pm. Very limited food or entertainment options after dark.

Mr. Alexander is such a lovely host. Would recommend this place to my neighbors, friends and anyone who visits this lovely island. Salud.
