I had a wonderful stay at Mari’s by the Sea. The hotel is both comfortable and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area on foot. While the offering might be limited, its proximity to grocery stores, parks, and local attractions was very convenient. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and attentive, always willing to assist with a smile. My family and I truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-situated place to stay while visiting Tortola.

What amazing staff!! We booked an ocean view king room and were happily impressed with its cleanliness and size. It was well appointed and spacious, with a massive balcony that gave us a full view of the beautiful sea. We had booked two nights prior to a seven day sail and had originally booked a different property for when we returned after sailing. We were so happy with the excellent service, amenities and proximity of this establishment that we canceled that hotel, and rebooked at Maria’s by the Sea. The front desk staff was amazing - attentive, personable and so helpful. The restaurant offered wonderful and delicious choices for every time of day or night ant reasonable prices. They have fantastic and attentive staff. Even the housekeeping staff that we countered in the hallway were very friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and very clean, bar staff is great and it was easy to get transportation to and from wherever we were going. I definitely recommend this property! Staff is 10/10!

This hotel was perfect for my needs. Not too far from the airport. Less than a 5-min walk to Pier Park where there are taxi stands, water taxis, ferries, caramarans and boats to take you around the island or to neighboring islands. Cane Garden Bay beach is a short 20-min drive. For added convenience, the hotel is right next to various tourist shops and across the street from a few restaurants. A grocery store is within walking distance. If you want to explore the island on your own, the onsite National/Enterprise/Alamo rental car counter is super convenient. Parking at the hotel is free. The hotel restaurant has fresh, quality food that's well prepared. The staff at the restaurant, all shifts, are excellent. A special shout out to Morley who made me feel real welcome! The front desk staff were wonderful. The housekeeping staff does an awesome job keeping the hotel pristine. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My king suite had great amenities, including a microwave, mini fridge, safe and lots of hangers. Nice bath products as well. My oceanfront balcony was huge and peaceful. The air conditioning is superior. If you're a light sleeper, you might need earplugs as it runs fairly loud. The mattress may run a little firm for some. I thought it was perfect. I'm so glad I chose this hotel!

VERY CONVENIENT. I dont know why we haven't stayed there before. The room was a suite (we didn't expect that). Nice living room. ANd the bedroom was very comfortable. We had a view, but it was of the parking lot. Several good restaurants within a few blocks. Beautiful on the marina. We go to tortola regularly f and will stay there again

Very close to the ferry, a short walk. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, with taxis and such. Friendly bartenders and waiters. The food was pretty good also.
