We visited this store in Limegrove, Barbados twice and on both occasions the sales person was rude, judgemental and patronising. She lacked people skills and her brusque manner resulted in no sale on our first visit. On the second visit she was equally off putting and when we asked questions she paused and said “let me try to explain this to you”. This is by far the worse experience we have had shopping in Limegrove. It should have been a positive experience shopping in Longchamp. Instead we are processing the highly judgemental and condescending attitude of the sales person.

Very poor customer service. The sales associate was so nauseated with our questions it was visible & offputting.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The sales associate was extremely inhospitable and condescending in her responses to my questions. I’ve purchased from other Longchamp stores and the sales associate at this location alluded that I was being untruthful which was rather upsetting. 0/10 experience 👎🏻
