The process to avail of their service was very easy. They respond to questions promptly. Very dependable, on time. Clear instructions on where to meet the driver. The cars were clean. Our drivers Nicholas and Yoshua (I apologize if I misspelled his name) were great. Safe drivers. Just FYI, rate changes depending on time of pick up but they inform you ahead of time. Great experience overall.

We enjoyed last minute scheduling of transport from our vacation rental in Aguada to Rincon Art Walk. The driver who picked us up didn't have details of our return trip, which caused a bit of anxiety. But Local Juan Transportation retrieved us promptly as promised and responded quickly. I would recommend their service. Mark this off your list and enjoy your time on this magical island!

Local Juan is the best! A real life saver, when we got stuck without our rental & no other services would answer- Juan saved the day! He also provided us with local recommendations like Casa Isleña. His cars are clean & comfortable, I highly recommend Local Juan Transportation in Rincon!

Juan was recommended and was super fast to reply to text. He picked us up right on time, and made it very easy for my friend and I to be picked up from town as well. Great to talk to during the ride, definitely recommend using his services!
