The process to avail of their service was very easy. They respond to questions promptly. Very dependable, on time. Clear instructions on where to meet the driver. The cars were clean. Our drivers Nicholas and Yoshua (I apologize if I misspelled his name) were great. Safe drivers. Just FYI, rate changes depending on time of pick up but they inform you ahead of time. Great experience overall.

Juan is not only a great driver but friendly & fun. He knows his routes well enough to reroute or make a stop you want if time allows.

Juan and his team are top notch! They have given us and our parents rides to and from local airports and all the way to San Juan and couldn’t recommend them more. The cars are clean, new, safe driving and great conversation. Also great communication / easy to set up rides. Grateful for the reliable local service the provide!!!

Juan drove us all three nights that we were in Rincon, he is the best! We had some hard rain and crazy roads, but Juan handled it with such ease and got us to our destinations safely. He gave lots of great recommendations for beaches and restaurants as well! Nothing but great things to say about Juan!

Local Juan is the best! A real life saver, when we got stuck without our rental & no other services would answer- Juan saved the day! He also provided us with local recommendations like Casa Isleña. His cars are clean & comfortable, I highly recommend Local Juan Transportation in Rincon!
