I have to say, to date, this is the best body treatment I have ever received! Cardolisa's technique, attention, sensitivity, and care are impeccable. There are moments when I am in the United States and find myself wishing I could just hop on a flight to Jamaica for the weekend just to book a massage with her.
As a retreat host, one of the most fulfilling things is seeing the guests from our Wellness Rebirth MeTreats (at the Rastafari Indigenous Village) return from their sessions. They always have the absolute best experience, leaving the spa glowing, radiant, and raving about how amazing it was. I just smile and say, "I know!"
If you are traveling to Montego Bay, book a massage. Even if you aren't staying right in Mobay but are traveling through Jamaica, it is definitely worth the journey for a full-day spa experience. Nobody does spa like Livity Wellness!

One of the best massages I've ever had and I've had many! The combination of massage and stretching was absolutely incredible. Cardo traveled to me fully equipped and provided a professional, customized experience. She spent extra time working on a shoulder injury while still delivering a thorough full-body massage. When the session was over, I felt relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably more mobile. Knowledgeable, professional, and truly gifted at what she does. I highly recommend her!

The massage was deeply relaxing, probably the best I’ve ever had. The space itself has such a calming and peaceful energy that you feel it the moment you walk in. Her knowledge of balancing pressure and targeting key areas made it that much more exceptional. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Cardo to anyone looking for a truly sensational experience.
