Beautiful jewellery, helpful staff...but the year before bought a stainless steel bracelet. Brought it back to be shortened. I got it back, rather unhappy about it. I had to ask for the other half of clasp and links taken out. I was told they were probably thrown away.. i eventually got them back the next day by a helpful lady. Pleased I hadnt spent a lot of money. Please be careful when having to get jewellery altered. It was for my birthday , vey disappointed will have to repair it in England.
