I had the pleasure of visiting Lighthouse Landing Bistro and Events on New Year’s Eve (31.12.2024) for lunch, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and hospitality. Despite the fact that they were not open, the owners went out of their way to accommodate us, opening the kitchen and bar to ensure we had a warm and delicious meal. This kind gesture speaks volumes about their dedication to their guests, and I truly appreciated it.
The food was phenomenal—every dish was crafted with care and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that the chefs take great pride in their work, as each bite was a delight.
The bartender deserves a special mention. He is a true mixologist, and his rum sours are nothing short of perfection—smooth, balanced, and absolutely refreshing. The drink menu offered a variety of options, but his creations stood out as a highlight of the afternoon.
The ambiance was just as impressive, combining cozy charm with refined elegance. Even on a quiet New Year’s Eve, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.
The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s rare to find this level of personal care and attention, and it truly made the afternoon unforgettable.
Lighthouse Landing Bistro and Events is a shining example of excellent service, outstanding food, and unmatched hospitality. This was a 5-star experience in every way, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Went with my husband and a group of friends for a Friday night dinner. Service was good and atmosphere was pleasant. Drinks were also on point!!! Sadly the food was disappointing. The chicken and biscuits did not come with the Cajun gravy as advertised. Also the shrimp in the shrimp and grits were miniature and few. The brownie slice that was served was tasty but definitely smaller than acceptable and could have at least been warmed. Hoping that the food improves in the near future as I definitely think the venue is nice.

We visited on Saturday for lunch and a drink. The bar looked very festive and inviting. Service was rather slow.
The food was very nice and the menu adjusted to suit some personal requirements. But more vegetarian options would be nice.
The drinks could have been more forthcoming but were on the dear side for this type of bar, so it was just as well.
We would suggest the option of selling rum by the bottle as others do. Also, apply discounts on multiple beers bought. And of course, everyone loves a cocktail happy hour, so please introduce this.
The tables are long benches which are not very sociable for a large group, though there are smaller tables in the grass area but too little shade.
Having fly traps around would help reduce these pests from trying to steal the tasty food.
The views are wonderful and the garden outlook beautiful. Such a fantastic location, I wish the new proprietary all the best to make this a success.

The views were amazing, food was great! Would highly recommend. They had grits and shrimp which was top notch never had grits before...and finally a place with good coffee! We went back the next day for breakfast and had the best french toast ever!
