Ordered from Xpress Warrens for the first time the pad won sen was a pleasant surprise re. taste and portion. Will try again.

My husband and I took friends for lunch. I ordered 2 fresh rolls. They didn't have a knife to cut them so were served in bowl like a salad. The worse part was they didn't provide peanut sauce. Chili sauce doesn't go with fresh rolls people.
The other three has noodle bowls. Perfect name because that's pretty much all there was.
We won't be back.

Ordered their chicken pad thai and chicken drunken noodles, they told us it would take 30 minutes, it did. I found it was tasteless, very bare on the veggies and sauce. I was disappointed because the other branches have been good.

I can't understand why the customer service folks are so curt when you ask for clarification with an order or why they get so offended when you say to them they haven't communicated to you in a clear manner. This the second place I've been to on the island where they're rude to the customers.

Food was too salty to enjoy. Tasted like all soy sauce Ordered two items The item with chicken had about 1tsp of chicken and the shrimp dish had 3 whole shrimp
