Great to see this location finally finding its niche. An elevated beach service, comparable to nothing else on Shoal Bay! Comfy cabanas to beachside loungers, this place caters to all. Giran was a first class act! Top notch service all the way who set up a really nice lunch for us. Will absolutely be back and cannot recommend enough. A great character!
Chicken burger was the bomb and best of all was the side salad and that yummy dressing on the Mahi Mahi dish. Everything was fresh and full of flavor, exactly as it should be!

This restaurant is criminally underrated. Service was excellent, and the food was outstanding! The wings were flavorful and made perfectly crispy, and the Manoah burger was made to perfection. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an elegant and filling dining experience!

We spent an entire day at L’etoile Beach Club! Not only was the beach cabana amazing, but we had an incredible lunch at the restaurant! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful . The only problem was that the day had to come to an end! I highly recommend a visit to L’etoile for a perfect day!

The restaurant overlooks gorgeous Shoal Bay and had great views. We ate here once for dinner and once for breakfast during our stay in The Manoah and have mixed reviews on service and good quality. Dinner had great service, but the already limited menu had a few items not available, and the snapper filet was overcooked and rubbery. Breakfast had great food, but there was a mix-up when another table put down our room number to charge their meal to, and when we were closing the tab, staff seemed accusational that we were putting the wrong room number and asked to see our room key. The room keys do not have room numbers on them (and we weren't carrying the envelope with our room number around) - a running list of guest names and corresponding room numbers at the on-site restaurant would have made this a non-issue.

Had a great lunch today. We ordered the jerk chicken and the tuna poke and both were delicious. Also took a picture of the dinner menu as I couldn’t find it anywhere online.
