Went to the KFC in Fairchild Street, at approximately 2:25 pm on Friday 26th September 2025. Waited in line for the cashier to appear, no one was at the point of sale machine when i came in, only the hostess, packing some orders which were on the screen. Four persons were ahead of me, the cashier finally came about ten minutes later, along with the manager, no apologies given to the customers for the wait. Eventually got to place my order; 3 piece meal with extra biscuit, no drum stick. Cashier said to me I can't have it without drumstick, as drumstick is part of he package, therefore I would have to pay for the specific pieces separately. That ok with me, so I got the order, which is 1 breast, 1 thigh, I rib, medium fries, 2 biscuits and a medium Fanta. The bill is $43:15. I pay via my card. Got my order in about 5 five minutes, open my box, the thigh small, the breast small, the rib decent size. Told the Hostess I am not happy with the size of the breast or thigh, she says all the chicken small but she gave me the biggest breast she had. Ask for the manager, who came after a few minutes, I told her how I felt, no understand that a breast is nine dollars and a thigh eight dollars and change. I told her bluntly I am not paying nine dollars and eight dollars for that breast and thigh. I asked her to place if I can't have an extra piece, to which she replied, no, because if she does that for me, then she has to do it for all the other customers. So I asked for a refund, because to pay almost forty five dollars for those small pieces of chicken is frigging robbery. Management of KFC, you have to do better, let your suppliers know what size (In weiight) your hikers has to be, so your customers can get value for money, this was not value for money, on top of that your cashier has no damn manners, she behaves like the customers are beggars, remind her, that without the customers her wages will not be generated, treat your customers better. Fix your service, fix your food sizes, fis your sanitation, as the dining room needed brushing up and the tables needed wiping. Thank you.

We waited an hour to get our food and watched them serve everyone else except us. The workers were laughing and not in any hurry to fixing our food until we asked for a refund. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I have never EVER, Been so pissed of yet in my entire life, I ordered 3 zinger burger packs at 4:30PM!, AND IT IS CURRENTLY 10:30PM AND MY FOOD I ORDERED STILL HASN'T COME. I SEWAR I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AT ALL, NOT EVEN MY DAUGHTERS WILL EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY FIX THEIR DILIVERY ISSUES.

I purchase a wow bucket along with a large coleslaw on the 37th june my order was placed at 15.35hrs I recieve a call 2 minutes later to confirm my order, I emphatically asked what was the maximum time it would take to receive my order and I was told 45 minutes I then instructed the sales rep. That if it takes longer than 45 minutes I no longer wants the order because I cannot wait so long to eat because of my condition. But to my surprise at 5.47 I got a miss call from a number on what apps I replied via text and was informed that it's the delivery guy . I immediately said what I say above but my money was still taken out of my account an amount of 77.10 . This action is very unprofessional and borders on fraud. Why haven't my money refunded into my account since I never received the order more over I stated up front that if the order would be beyond 45 I don't want it? Now considering legal actions

I literally bought food here today and the chicken straight up smelt like decaying flesh 🤢 i noticed it as soon as i picked up the chicken really disgusting 🤮 I travel a lot to many countries and the experience here is mediocre every time I don’t even know why I keep coming back, it takes a very longgggg time to get your order even on the drive thru, most times the staff gets your order wrong, I even got uncooked chicken there twice, the customer service needs high levels of improvement
