Italia Coffee Barbados at The Villages at Coverley. I arrived at 06.45, the signs said it opened at 7am. I waited until 7.20 when I tapped on the window to ask what time she opened and the girl said 7am. I stated I had been waiting for a while and she replied, you were waiting at the wrong side which was literally 2 feet away, so she clearly saw me and chose to ignore me. I gave her my order and she barked the price at me. Once I'd paid and the order was ready she opened the other window slammed my coffee down and then slammed the takeaway reusable cup I purchased that hard it fell over and not a please or thank you to be heard. I've now met my 1st (hopefully my last) very rude and very unfriendly Bajan. 68 BBD I wish I had never spent. The coffee wasn't even nice too much milk and not enough coffee. Hopefully she was just having a bad morning and no-one else is treated this way. I don't normally write bad reviews but this has impacted my calm morning.
Anyway, I'm off to enjoy the rest of my day.

I’ve been there several times, and the staff is just so unfriendly. It kind of spoils the experience every time you go there for a coffee. Today they didn’t even seem to listen when I ordered and got my order wrong. I’ll probably try another branch next time or just go to Starbucks instead.

The young lady who served us at the Coverley outlet was not pleasant at all and made me and my clients seem like a bother. But the coffee was ok.

The staff are always moody or it’s just my perception. The coffee can be a hit and miss, today it was just bad. This could be a good place to buy coffee with some little improvements.
I came back June 7th at around 9:00 a.m. the lady was very friendly and made my order right. One more star just for that. 😌
