We now go to this location as our sunday night treat, and just when we got one of the baristas to remember our order, without us saying, we haven't seen her in a good few weeks! Her name is Leanne and she is awesome. Still looking forward to more more sunday treat nights!

Service was kind of poor. Impatient, made an error when putting in the order which led to an overcharge, and then acted annoyed when it was brought up.
On another note, I prefer my beverages low-sugar if it can be helped, so I asked a question about how they sweeten the drink I ordered to see if it was possible. The server was very unclear with her response, saying it was "naturally sweetened" as if there was no alternative so I didn't bother. After paying for my order, I see a promotion slowly appear on the screen about getting your drinks with 50% less sugar... that sure would've been nice to know before!

Horrible experience, rude surly staff, don't know what a Long Black is, this place is as bad as Costa, they do not give you access to sugar, but instead pile it in by the wheel barrow load, I paid $9 for a coffee that I poured away after one sip. Disgusting place

This place is amazing, I had a matcha latte, a woman who was helping me suggested I tried it with caramel, it was great. I appreciated how much options I had. 10/10
