Would definitely not recommend. Worst customer service I ever received. The young lady at the counter kept cutting my mom off as she was trying to order and rolling her eyes and all she ordered was an iced latte with soy milk. Once we tapped the card to pay she whipped the screen around very fast like she was hiding giving herself a tip. The person infront of us also saw how rude she was being to previous customer and left before even ordering

What a great little coffee place! - Not only were the drinks delicious, but the service was great. We got an iced chia, an iced coffee, and tried some of the frappes. They all hit the spot and were delicious!

This little coffee shop hit the spot if you're looking for an Americana with a little pastry. Coconut bread and a turnover. Got get there early for the pastries.

I must say the refresher drinks from Italia Coffee are really great cause it's the right balance...👌🏾....I'm not getting less drink and more ice. Everything is the right balance, and the refresher drinks are definitely delicious and refreshing before I forget the other selections of drinks are really great, too.

Popped by for my first Mocha on the island. Was very grateful they had alternative milk options as cows milk and me don’t get on at all at all.
It was a bit too sweet for me, but was identical to one I would get at home. Wasn’t ridiculously hot and was very quaffable on my way back to my accommodation.
Definitely better than a Costa or Pret coffee for sure! Would definitely recommend, especially as they also have Caribbean coffee for sale 🤔
