This wasn't my first time getting a Brazilian wax but I didn't get it done from island serenity,got it done somewhere else and I didn't had a great experience. But when I tell you Kim talk me through everything and it was quick. Kim and her assistant really made me feel comfortable. Great service and I will definitely be back. And will recommend anyone who is thinking about getting wax but not sure try island serenity you wouldn't be disappointed.

I visited Island Serenity in 2021 to get my first wax which I was very nervous about and I was blown away by how professional Kim was and how comfortable she made me. I was originally intending to get waxed as a one off occasion but the entire experience was so easy going and welcoming I haven’t stopped going since!
Kim became my life saver again when I urgently needed my hair relaxed approaching my wedding. I was struggling to find a reliable professional stylist and she was able to accommodate me with my busy work schedule and I was honestly left speechless by how incredible of a job she did with my hair! After 10 years of having my hair relaxed I’d never seen it look as healthy as it did that day and I received so many compliments on my hair from my relatives and coworkers. She always takes the time to make sure I’m well catered too and I always leave her salon looking bomb and in high spirits. I also can’t forget that her booking system is 10/10 and makes it so convenient to schedule a session and she is always professional and responsive.

Regina was amazing! This was one of the best waxes I have ever gotten. The pain was minimal and Regina did a really thorough job. The online booking platform is great and I got a WhatsApp confirmation immediately with very clear instructions on how to find this place. This will be my go-to waxing place every time I return to Barbados.
