Gina's food was absolutely delicious! Myself and my Guyanese crew who knows flavor had the pleasure of enjoying her chicken curry and roti, fried chicken, souse, Mahi Mahi, pepper pot, macaroni pie, conkies, etc over a 6-day vacation!!! And she prapa put good pepper in the souse after I told her the aunties like it HOT HOT HOT lol -and the aunties lash it up!!!! 🔥🔥 LMAO, so don't be afraid to let her know how you like your food!

Island Girl Catering always delivers. Gina possesses a talent for producing great food but always surprises you with the little touches in taste and presentation. She catered for my 20th wedding anniversary celebrations and outstanding does not describe our experience. You will not go wrong choosing IGC.
Jennifer, Kofi and I totally enjoyed the sumptuous food. I'm not one for taking photos of food but nevertheless, Gina keep up the great work and service.

Island Girl Catering knocked off our all boxes for a 5 star rating in taste, presentation, response and timeliness. The mini veg pizzas and spring rolls were delicious. But, it was the veg and chicken samosas that knocked it out the park. A great appetizer hit for our social and we would definitely be ordering more off the menu for our team and our guests!

A fantastic healthy option. My salad was fresh, beautifully presented, filling, and most importantly, delicious! Gina is friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend her business to anyone!

I used Island Girl Catering for my daughter’s 16th birthday party. Gina was extremely accommodating from the get go and was immediately responding to messages that were sent to her. I also was very grateful for her patience dealing with my endless questions. Her pricing was affordable and I felt like she was working with me and not against me.
We ordered: fish cakes, wings, cheese sandwiches and sausage rolls. The fish cakes were not dry or floury, you could actually taste fish and most importantly they weren’t oily.
The wings were...so good. Just the right amount of sauce on them and the meat was tender and falling off the bones. The cheese sandwiches actually tasted like cheese and not like just mustard or just butter. The pastry around the sausage rolls was flaky and delicious.
I would HIGHLY recommend Island Girl Catering to anyone and would definitely use her services again. Thank you, Gina!
