Irvine hall has brand-new buildings and facilities, and is run by 138 Student Living, who do a fairly good job at maintaining the buildings and facilities. You can get a single or double room (slightly larger than most other halls) and you share a bathroom with only 1 or 2 other people.
The only problem is that it is run by both 138 administration as well as Irvine administration, both of which dislike and do not communicate with each other, leaving for a very confusing stay.

Living here was an experience to remember. The residents, workers and SSDM are welcoming. The hall is known for its culture and warm down to earth residents. The physical building is modern and beautiful. There's a modern kitchen, comfortable rooms, two or three at most per bathroom with a cleaning staff

This is a very nice dorm. Each flat has 8 rooms with one kitchen that's shared by the occupants of these 8 rooms and every 2 occupants have a bathroom between their ros that they share, they also have a shared common area with TV and couches that they share. The Irvine dorm also have wifi. The rooms, along with the bathroom, kitchen and common area are clean and nice, but the dorm room themselves are bit small but good enough. All in all its a very accessible place and good ergonomics

Comfortable student living quarters with good security. Quiet, conveniently located for ease of public transportation. New facilities at average university price.

Awesome place to live on campus and enjoy the campus life with a few luxuries, teaches one to always know thyself and be the best one can be. Beautiful scenery and ambiance.
