I was there recently for registration. The staff was very poor. The young woman at the registration desk kept chatting (about irrelevant things) with other people around her without asking permission while she was supposed to be helping me. And I was just fine with it. It was way too crowded with students, and the facilities are practically the same as they were 10 years ago. Very sad for an institution with so many years of history.
