I want to give this place 5 stars... But I cannot because of a staff member... Her behaviour was very unprofessional. Constantly laughing at every question regarding the menu and allergies, laughed when asked to have the table cleaned, literally turned around while we were giving our menu orders to talk and laugh with friends for about 3 minutes, remembered she was taking our order, turned around and said "my bad" followed by more laughing... Never took a drink order. However, the bar tender and another waitress made the experience worth staying. The food is amazing, the ambiance is really nice and the music was amazing. I hope management really look into the way their wait staff manages tables.

This was my 1st visit to Influence Bar & Grill and I will say that the food definitely exceeded my expectations! Everything we had tasted good! The drinks were nice. The staff were quite pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was so lively I didn't really want to leave! Will definitely be back!

Passed by Influence after a day of shopping and Lingz was a great host! I went for a happy hour and chilled there to start the night. The food took a bit of time but was delicious and fresh...I got the cajun chicken sanwich and fries and cobette. Hookah was IMO expensive (50 usd). All in all I would go back I had fun!

Food was fantastic, as was the drinks. Service was a bit of a let down but I chose a night they had a event. I would recommend the food again.
