Good afternoon my experience at inchcape barbados was the Customer Service given by Mr Jeremy Reid and Mr Jarad Gibson their communication skills and work ethics is one that I would say is top tier and I would recommend anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle to visit Inchcape Barbados.
Mr Reid and Mr Gibson has shown Excellent Customer Service and they made me felt like I was royalty . While asking and looking for a vehicle they made sure and understood what kind of car i wanted and a budget I was looking to work with .
Mr Reid said to me don't worry i got you covered with a smile , in saying all of this I was contacted and given updates as to the progress of my loan and received my car in the time frame that was given. Excellent Customer Service was given by Mr Jeremy Reid and Mr Jarad Gibson 👏

I recently purchased an Isuzu D-Max from Inchcape Barbados USED Dept, and the experience was awesome. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Mr. Stuart Smith, who took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident with my purchase.
The purchasing process with Mr Jarad Gibson was transparent and efficient. He ensured everything was handled professionally and kept me informed throughout the process.
I also truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Mr. Kareem Powlett, who always greeted me warmly and even made sure there were snacks for me during my visits. Those thoughtful gestures made the experience even more memorable.
As a woman purchasing a vehicle, the process can sometimes feel intimidating, but Inchcape team made me feel comfortable, valued, and supported every step of the way.

My experience was wonderful my sales person stuart smith was so patient and ,understanding he explain everything step by step. he was on this journey with from the beginning till de end and made me feel so appreciated and I want to also thank the whole used car department they made me feel like family and give such an welcoming experience from when you come through the doors thank you guys love you loads
The inchcape used car team also celebrated my birthday with me on the 10th of June then to find out both stuart and Kareem are June borns like me that made it even more special to me also Jared was so professional and kool at the same time
Then on the last day of the month of June I lost my mummy in the morning period of the day and by afternoon I got the call to come to collect my vehicle and when I got there everyone give me they condolences I got hugs and the feeling of there sincerity really brighten up my evening they also was so nice to my kids and even the kids was talk about how nice the staff was to them
I just want to thank you team inchcape the used car department your service is top class

Got to really give it to Deshawn Phillips positive , humble straight up guy. Thanks for coming through for me.
Came in with my coworker as she also looking to get a vehicle,
Took walk around with her as she pick what she was interested in, as Deshown took her information, he ask about me , I explained trouble i was having and that I have called and spoke to someone which I was told same thing over and over. I explain 26k I was approved for at other places even when I had someone holding vehicle at 20k for me. but still problems , he give me his card and form to fill out, and was able to come through for me, even tho I had given up.

The thought of purchasing a new vehicle was extremely daunting. Inchcape came highly recommended for their wide range of vehicles and great customer service. William Franklyn ensured I was well informed and Robert Gill reached out often to update me on the progress. These two eased my nerves significantly even after the purchase Robert called to check in. I'm loving my new ride she drives like a dream.
