Usually this pharmacy is quite good. But sometimes (such as this evening) the staff seem more interested in gossiping with each other than serving the customers. When I asked what was happening I was told "You can't stop me from talking with my colleagues. If you don't like it, leave. Edit: I sent a detailed email as requested. There was no response. Get your house in order.

I understand that your coworkers are your friends but maybe stop the personal conversations and pay attention to the customers in front of you and prescriptions won’t get lost

It was Saturday afternoon, after a long and busy week and I just wanted to get back home, take off my shoes and to drift off into some sort of sublime restfulness. But not right now. I was under strict instructions to find a small size package of dog chow, sufficient to address the immediate needs of our canine family over this particular weekend. Nothing less and no more. Just find the stuff and turn for home. I did not want to go to Massy, with its crowded isles and poorly-managed checkout queues. I needed to find somewhere less strenuous, with a simpler in and out access for a tired driver like me. So, in my desperate search, I turned onto The Walk at Welches, St Thomas, about halfway between Redman's Village and the Warren's shopping intersection. The large outlet of Cost-U-Less sat off to the left of the small mall, an overly intrusive landmark on my own horizon. Instead, I took the right lane to drive along the mall when I noticed the iMart sign. It seemed easy to park immediately outside and walk through the large glass doors into the comfort of this cool, air-conditioned space. I felt immediately relaxed and comfortable and had an intuitive sense that I would be able to get whatever I might need here. Right away, I was struck by the simple clarity of the in-store signage and by the coordinated bright red uniforms worn by all the employees. I also appreciated the early impression that check-out would be a simple process and noticed that every departure booth was manned with attentive, well-trained people. My intuitive sense seemed headed in the right direction. A short walk along one of the aisles and I found exactly what I needed, so pleased was I that I bought a few more extra bits, (not really needed), and headed directly to the payment stations and the exit gates. All very easy and very quick. A total of less than 8 minutes inside and I was off again, well stocked to head home with all my promised obligations well in place. I highly recommend the iMart experience. I am told it is managed by Aldo Ho-Kong-King and his team who clearly are on top of their game and have a definite plan to success. Try iMart for yourself. I feel sure you will not be disappointed.

Really good place to shop. I particularly like the craft section, makeup section, animal toys and hair section. I buy most of the animal toys from here, the quality is better than most at other stores. And the pet toys are affordable for sure!
