Really nice gym with newer equipment a nice ambiance and natural light compared to other gyms I looked at. The owner, Ron, was so friendly and welcoming on the phone, when I arrived to sign up, and during my membership. I got a membership here while I was visiting Barbados for the month. I wish I’d joined sooner in my trip, it’s helped set a nice routine each morning. It’s easy to get here as it’s just down a main road and if you drive, parking is available in a small lot that’s never been too full.

Gym has everything you need to get a really good workout in. Trainer is very knowledgeable and friendly while not being pushy. Would recommend this gym from beginner to seasoned gym rat. My favourite gym in Barbados.

Visited this studio to learn more about their services and facility. We found a clean and bright facility. New equipment for all major training routines. The owner was personable and was very helpful in explaining the services offered and membership packages.

Small with not much parking, but clean with a wide selection of new colour coordinated equipment, good amenities, friendly staff and a great "vibe", I'd recommend it for sure.

New machines, cleaned after every use, friendly and polite staff, locker room. Great place for a workout.
