I usually wait to leave a place before reviewing, but I’ve been here enough days to leave it now. We were originally booked to stay at the Ritz Carlton but after seeing a few online reviews decided to try this hotel. We are very happy we switched. No only did we save thousands we also were able to upgrade to a premium ocean view room. The view is gorgeous. The grounds were nice, clean, and a vibe. But the service is what sets them apart. Everyone is so nice and tries to accommodate you. While it’s not directly on the beach, unless you are booking an oceanfront room at another hotel, the walk is just as close. They have golf carts if you don’t want to walk. The drinks were great too. I do wish there was more variety of food, but being able to eat at Bonnie Moon make up for it! All in all, a great experience and hotel where you get more for your money and same amazing service as most 5 star resorts.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible team. A special thank you to the manager, **Big Mac**, who truly went above and beyond. Although the hotel was extremely busy and fully booked, he took the time to accommodate us by moving us from our original room into a beautiful suite a few days into our stay. As IHG Diamond Elite members, we had hoped for an upgrade, but we completely understood that it wasn't possible right away due to the high occupancy. We really appreciated that Big Mac kept us in mind and made it happen as soon as one became available. His professionalism, thoughtfulness, and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and still feels brand new. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. Catalina was terrific—always friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure guests had a great experience. Romy and Chocho, our servers , consistently greeted us with a smile and made every meal enjoyable with outstanding service. Vergel, who cared for our room, did an exceptional job keeping everything spotless and always greeted us with kindness. It's the people who truly make this hotel special. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome every day and turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. We highly recommend Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman and look forward to returning.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman over my birthday, and it was an absolute dream from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally professional. The valet team immediately took care of our car and handled our luggage seamlessly, while we were warmly welcomed in the lobby with refreshing drinks. To our delight, we were even given a fantastic room upgrade! Our room had a breathtaking view, and the daily housekeeping service was top-tier.
The hotel itself is beautifully peaceful, as is the island, making it the perfect relaxing getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed starting our mornings with the complimentary yoga and Pilates classes, followed by a wonderful breakfast with a great selection and wonderfully friendly staff. The rooftop bar was amazing, and having the beach so close by made every day effortless. Even without an all-inclusive setup, the beach service was remarkable—towels, sunscreen, comfortable loungers, and drink service were always provided with great attention to detail.
A special, heartfelt shoutout goes to Chelsa at the front desk. She truly managed everything so flawlessly! Chelsa was always there, extremely attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to exceed every single one of our wishes.
Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday trip so special. We cannot wait to return!

It's a good hotel. The resort fee is high for me. It was $75.00. There are limited places to eat in the area. The staff is very nice. I think they can improve the coffee in the room. It was these pads and the hot water filters through them. They should offer a better coffee system, such as Nespresso. Also, the sliding bathroom door did not slide all the way. At the pool, the bed cushions looked very worn. They do cover them with a fitted sheet. A nice feature: the pool offers sunscreen and aloe, and so does the beach. We mostly stayed at the beach, and the waiters bring you water nonstop. We didn't eat at Catalina. We did go to the Pom Pom for a drink. We had a glass of
Amaretto neat. It was the tiniest amount I have ever been served in my life, and it cost almost $20.00 after tip. The next day we went to a grocery store to buy some alcohol.
The hotel offers a golf cart ride to the beach, but we walked. It takes about 5 minutes. They also offer a ride to the hotel next door if you want to try its restaurants. We went to Coccoloba at the Kimpton hotel; it was very good. We also ate at Bonny Moon. We liked it.

My wife and I came here for about a week to get some rest and de-stress. The hotel is located in the middle end of "Seven Mile Beach" and the walk from the hotel to the beach is less than 5 minutes. The hotel charges a $75 per day resort fees but they provide beach towels, sun tan lotion and even aloe vera.
The rooms are clean and the hotel is pretty modern. It's nicely upkept and also have free parking.
The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. Every morning, my wife and I would eat their breakfast buffet ($37/person) and was warmly greeted by Ms. Clavel (hostess). Also, Musa (our server) was extremely friendly and welcoming every morning.
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the trip was made more memorable with our daily conversations with the staff
