Clean with a beautiful view! Extremely accommodating and friendly. Great restaurants, drinks, and staff. Highly recommended. We didn’t get to check out the spa yet, but we wanted to. Oh and their end of year party sounded so fun! We’ll definitely be back.

Firstly the positives. Fab location, wonderful view on bay side. If you are facing Hiltons own beach then be prepared for outside DJ noise at weekend until late.
Reception staff great, housekeeping staff very friendly and service on room keeping mosrlty positive. Bar service and food service around pool area very slow, even when it's quiet.
Breakfast is ok but could be better with regards to quality of food. Only filter coffee and tea included.
The general areas of hotel were very dirty though, mens toilet was disgusting on several occasions.
Quite a few Americans but the hotel can't help this.
Guests from other hotels were using the beach facilities with no effort from staff to prevent this. Also street vendors allowed on beach to pester you, which was very disappointing.
Good hotel but could do alot better in places.

Its not a Hilton! Its hotel with 2 star. Would not recommend staying here, while beach are top notch. Overall, the hotel struggles with cleanliness and staff friendliness. Overpriced for what is it.
Coffee machine is broken, somebody hair is on the towel, the bed sheets are fully in sand after cleaning. We got told off by housekeeper. Restaurant staff weren't friendly at all. Everything is old.
Best part was the beach, this was the savior and only reason to stay here.

Great hotel. Located at Needhams Point, you have views of the beach and of Carlisle Bay. The facilities are okay, just above standard. The pool is nice, beach facilities are adequate, gym is well equipped, lots of space to walk around on the property, and close enough to the Bay/Brown Beach/Pebbles Beach, that you can walk to activities and restaurants. Bridgetown is very close by, so is Oistins, and the airport which is about a 20 minute drive. The porters are friendly, taxis are readily available and informative, and staff are kind and helpful.
As a Gold Hilton member, I expected a better check in experience and updates about what offers this membership tier brings for this hotel but none was given. I'd say that all my encounters with the reception desk left more to be desired. When my keys stopped working on a few occasions, or when I had to ask questions, they just appeared to be overwhelmed and uninterested in assisting. The food is the other part of my experience that wasn't optimal. The continental breakfast was okay but just okay. The line for the omelets was always too long for me to wait. The fruits weren't always fresh, and there were very little local food options across breakfast, lunch, nor dinner. It was just okay, for what it's worth.
As a Gold member, I had constant and direct access to contacting hotel staff when I had questions or requests. They were so prompt, kind and accommodating. It definitely enhanced my experience. The customer service, except for the front desk, was superb. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful.
The room was standard but had everything one needs.
I didn't participate in any hotel activities as I was out on excursions but the bit that I saw looked fun, especially the aerobics session in the pool.
I'd recommend a stay at this hotel.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but purchased a day pass for $90 USD per person, and honestly, it didn’t quite feel worth the price. In fact, it seems like you could easily walk in without a pass—there are towels located right at the front, and no one asked for any verification that we were staying there or had resort access.
The pool and jacuzzi areas are definitely outdated, with visible cracks and several missing tiles. The jacuzzi was also lukewarm instead of hot, which was disappointing. The beach itself had rough waves due to the cooler weather that day, so that part wasn’t the hotel’s fault. However, the shoreline is surrounded by rocks, making it difficult for the public to access without going through the resort.
On the positive side, there were a few unique touches that we enjoyed. There’s a designated photo spot on the beach with large Barbadian sunglasses, which made for some fun pictures—just be careful not to touch it. A snow cone vendor came by for about an hour and offered free snow cones, including an alcoholic option, which was a fun surprise. Since we visited on Barbados’ Independence Day (11/30/25), the staff also walked around offering small free samples of traditional Barbadian foods. I’m not sure if these perks happen regularly, but they were definitely a nice addition to our visit.
The day pass includes a $60 USD food credit, so we grabbed lunch at the bar. Unfortunately, the service there wasn’t great. Our waitress acted confused and somewhat rude when we asked about how the voucher worked. We also had to wait at least 10–15 minutes just to get her attention, even though it wasn’t busy—she spent most of the time slowly wiping down tables and didn’t seem interested in checking in.
Overall, it was a decent day with a few memorable highlights, but between the outdated amenities and the poor service, I wouldn’t pay for this day pass again.
