A charming coffee shop filled with incredible memorabilia and art, giving the whole place a really delightful, almost museum-like vibe. It’s the kind of spot where you can linger and keep noticing new details around you. This is the place to soak in Montserrat history. Sinclair our host was a delight.
The waffles are a fun, satisfying breakfast option, and the drinks specially the local ones like ginger beer are excellent. The coffee itself is also very well done.
That said, prices are on the higher side for Montserrat. We paid $40 USD for two waffles, a ginger beer, and a coffee. Worth it for the experience, but definitely a bit of a splurge.

I cant recommend this tour enough! There is so much interesting history that you can learn from this little coffee house: Musical history and Island history. This family has preserved so much history about montserrat that you could spend an hour just looking at the old shirts, albums, pictures, autographs, rubble and signs.

A must stop to hear and see the local images of the volcano on Montserrat. Pictures taken by the owner David and the stories he tells are amazing and not just of the volcano! As you can tell from the pictures it’s a place of historical value. What that value is, well you’ll have to just find out. Hint: One particular artist had inspiration drawn from the island. Bet you can’t guess who! David’s son, Sonny provides a personal, surreal and educational tour of the limited areas in and around the volcano. An absolute must if you’re lucky enough to have the time to take the tour. Highly recommended and one must request a tour days in advance as what is required to get access isn’t easy.

My mom and I did a one day tour to Montserrat today. Shortly after 1pm we arrived at Hilltop Coffee House. Clover attended us and gave us a tour of the place and history of Montserrar. We also met Noah !! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Went for waffle day on Saturday. Food is good and the strawberry guava juice was excellent. It's decorated with historical pictures and items from the island, including old signs from businesses that existed before the volcanic eruptions and items from Air Studio Montserrat.
