We had a nice breakfast at Hemingway and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere by the sea. The live music added a great touch and made it a pleasant way to start the day.
I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation. I tried booking through the website without success, so we decided to take a chance and walk in. Luckily, we got a table because of a last-minute no-show.
The buffet offers a good variety of both hot and cold breakfast options, along with a fruit station and plenty of fresh baked pastries, which were my favorite. The only downside was the long line at the egg station, so I didn't get the chance to try the made-to-order eggs. Also, if you're seated farther away, you'll have to walk a bit to get back to the buffet.
Overall, it's a solid breakfast buffet with a beautiful seaside setting, good food, and enjoyable live music. I'd definitely consider coming back.

If you want an amazing breakfast buffet, this is the place. Great service, very tasty food and a perfect view. It was so good, I had to do it twice.

Awesome experience on Sunday pm for Salsa band! We got lucky with a table, as we didn’t have reservations. Super popular, high energy and impressive 12 piece band! Great drinks too!

Hemingway restaurant in Mambo beach.
Really good foods, there isn't much choice on the menu but smoll selection but mostly what they have was delicious.
I was there during the Christmas and New Year period, and the restaurant was very crowded with lots of tourists, so waiting for a table was inconvenient.
Service was very friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend this restaurant .

Consistently good food, although a short menu that is same for years, but you can always expect a high quality food and delicious cocktails (which is not so common on the island where everything is too sweet). Here cocktails are perfect!
