Great food park/location, but the service wasn’t the best. I was told the wait would be 20-25 mins because of backlog; now i personally had no issue with that as i understand restaurants get busy. However, i ended up waiting over 1hr and 30 mins, AND the food was mid. I’m pretty sure people who ordered after me got through before me. No shade to them but like- go somewhere else.

Update!!!! I appreciate the way Happy Taco handled my complaint. After I shared my experience, a representative reached out, sincerely apologized, listened to my statement, and took the matter seriously. They also provided me with a goodwill gesture. While my initial experience was frustrating, I want to acknowledge their efforts to make things right. Good customer service isn’t just about getting it right the first time, it’s also about how a business responds when things do go wrong. Thank you to the team for following up and addressing my concerns. ******************************************** I had a very disappointing experience with Happy Taco in Coverley. I called to place an order about 30 minutes before closing. While I was still ordering and asking to add another item, the staff member asked me to hold. A few moments later, the call was disconnected. I immediately called back, but despite trying around 10 times, no one answered. Since I still wanted the food, I ended up driving to the restaurant just to place my order and then had to wait for it to be prepared. It was such an unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided if someone had simply answered the phone or explained they were no longer accepting orders. If the restaurant was no longer taking phone orders, I would have appreciated being told that instead of having the call end without explanation and then being unable to get through. This was poor customer service, especially since I called well before closing time. I hope management addresses how phone orders are handled so other customers don’t have the same frustrating experience.

The location of this restaurant is super weird. It’s in the middle of a bunch of track homes and feels a bit Stepford wives. But, the food is lovely. It’s a bit pricey, but flavors are good.

Great place for drinks (rum punch) and tacos. Chicken taco was a bit on the drier side. Birria taco was on point but consume was too salty. Overall, would recommend trying!

I had the soft black bean tacos which were very nice, with a little kick to them. Seasoned fries tasted very good too. Also had the nachos, just wish there was a little more cheese on top, but that's my preference. Service was very good. I thought prices were a little steep, but I suppose Barbados isn't overally cheap.
