Absolutely no good customer service from persons who answer the phones, seems they have to go very far to get information regarding prices, they put you on hold without telling you they are putting you on hold, when the call is complete and you thank them, they don't even bother to reply, they just cut the call, they don't identify themselves when they answer the phone either. Phone etiquette is horrible. Then there is the noisy radio playing in the background, the volume should be turned, I didn't call to listen to BrassTacks.

Improved decor, lay out, and new freezers. Spacious and modern style store. Partial improvement on parking lot but whole area needs resurfacing so customers can comfortably get the shopping trolley to their vehicle when the close parking spaces are all taken.

No way to check what is in stock online any more. No one answers messages posted online or by email. Person on the phone and in store has no idea when stock will be available. Really frustrating

I was so disappointed. They don't sell fish. And they used to have an awesome selection of teas, now they don't. Frankly not a lot of stuff and their prices on some items was really beatable by most supermarkets.
