Phone system has not been working for months!! It’s pot luck if you manage to get through to the mobile number provided on their Ingram page. Placed an order on a Monday for a next day delivery, it’s now Thursday and still no delivery. The mobile number is now going unanswered and their published landline number is still not working!

Had an order system where people had to call to make orders and was refusing to provide product to persons who hadn't already called. While the pandemic creates challenges, It is clear the 20th century solutions 2 decades into the 21st century will be the eventual end any comparative advantage they enjoy. I wish them luck maintaining business. They wont enjoy mine or that of my associates.
