Over the years I cringe every time I have to call or come to this establishment; the level of service the staff give is an embarrassment to anyone who does business here. Today was the absolute WORST!
Debra B’s responses were horrendous. Not only that, as I was speaking she interrupted by saying “Hello Hello Hello” as if she was speaking to a child. She went on to tell me that I am “testing her patience” after I tried to explain from the very beginning what I wanted and followed that by saying “she has other things to do and I am wasting her time”.
I asked to be transferred to someone else and she put the phone on her desk (or refused to answer) while I waited 4 minutes continuously saying “hello”.
She came back and asked me to say what I wanted again and I told her I’d rather speak to someone else. I asked to be transferred again. She refused. I asked for managers’ names. She refused.
She ended by giving me one name and I asked for the others and she said she “you got me lost”. I indicated that I was calling a company not her home and she put the phone on hold for 7 minutes before picking it back up and disconnecting it.
I am one of the customers who moved over because of the team from Sagicor and everything outside of my agent is a huge regret. He’s the only reason I’ve lasted this long and at this point I’d rather let everything lapse than calling or going to the office again. RIDICULOUS!

Quality matters - and this is the best quality insurance provider in Barbados. Great service and coverage at good prices. This company still understands that price matters and relationships matter more. Through Covid and other adversaries, the people at Guardian Group always had my back and did it with a smile. I'm a customer for life.

Had health insurance therea and they refused to honour a receipt for spectacles bought online. Had to see a manager to be refunded and the entire process was very daunting and frustrating. I subsequently cancelled the policy.
