I had a great experience with Golden Transport. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The professionalism is impeccable. The service was prompt every time we rented a vehicle and the vehicle was always very clean and in good working order. It was easy to get in touch with our agent if we had any questions as well. I would definitely recommend them and I plan to use them in the future.

The friendliest, most efficient service! Car was immaculately clean and the staff were ALWAYS available to help with any and all questions. Super flexible as well as I had to end up extending my rental more than once. Would definitely recommend!!

If I could give zero starts I would.
Booked a car on the 27th November for arrival on 30th December and was given an order number. I called today just to check the details of collection and was told that my order didn't go through and someone should have contacted me to tell me, which they didn't. Not sure how you can have an order number but the booking didn't go through! When I asked what they could do to help, the gentleman said nothing.
Please avoid and use of the more reputable companies, like Drive a Matic.
