Visiting elderly relative on 4B 4.3 evening. I and family member was very upset by the nurse in charge who presented with no compassion or empathy to her patient's rights and their visitors in promoting their health and wellbeing. She presented in a prison style, non caring domering attitude abusing her powers. I would 0 as this represented the ward and hospital
